Over the years KBH has trained up and released into the market several junior lawyers, associates and paralegal assistants. At all levels the firm is on target to achieve the calibrated promotions and skills development to meet our growth strategy.
KBH is promoting and liaising with the legal affairs departments of the countries in which it is present to increase opportunities for local lawyers to gain experience at KBH and run placement schemes. KBH also has a strong coordinating role in onshore UAE litigation, and career development opportunities in regional onshore litigation will be a focus in the years ahead.
The firm’s trainee mentoring programmes are complemented by active outreach to pro bono work, focused mainly in employment, housing and immigration matters.
