Jack is an Associate in the Commercial and Regulatory Disputes team, advising corporates, financial institutions and high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals on complex disputes across the UAE and in cross-border proceedings.
His practice focuses on litigation before the DIFC Courts and ADGM Courts, as well as international arbitration, with experience in matters governed by DIFC and English law. He regularly advises on high-value commercial disputes, shareholder and joint venture disputes, regulatory investigations and financial services-related claims.
Since joining KBH, Jack has been involved in substantial proceedings before the DIFC Courts, including trial work and the drafting of applications, pleadings and substantive submissions. He has also advised wealth management companies in relation to disputes involving the Dubai Financial Services Authority and is the lead associate on a confidential Dubai International Arbitration Centre arbitration concerning a significant joint venture dispute governed by DIFC law.
Jack was recently named as Junior Counsel in a reported ADGM judgment concerning the development of ADGM arbitration law.
Prior to joining KBH in November 2025, Jack gained significant experience acting in high-value, complex and cross-border disputes, including proceedings which culminated in a 12-day trial before the English High Court.
He also has substantial experience in e-disclosure, document production and the strategic use of legal technology in large-scale litigation and arbitration. Internally, he oversees the firm’s knowledge-sharing programme and regularly contributes to the development of litigation precedents and technical know-how.
Advising an UHNW UAE family on challenging an arbitral award concerning the beneficial ownership of the UAE portion of a billion USD company. This included drafting an application to set aside a recognition and enforcement order in the DIFC Courts.
Representing a DIFC private wealth management company in an ongoing DIAC arbitration arising out of a joint venture valued at between 10 and 20 million AED. This included a successful application for the dismissal of the Claimant’s parallel DIFC claims.
Successfully resisting financial mis-selling claims on behalf of a separate DIFC wealth management company.
Named in a recent ADGM Court Judgment, representing a state-entity.
Advising an international law firm on UAE employment claims and contractual agreements related to commissions and bonuses.
Assisting with an appeal in the Kingdom of Bahrain Courts concerning the enforcement of an underlying arbitration award valued at 60 million+ USD.
Representing HNW individuals and growing business in Small Claims Tribunal proceedings in the DIFC Courts.
