Construction Disputes

A specialist construction and infrastructure disputes team

Our construction and infrastructure disputes team has extensive experience of complex, large-scale, multi-jurisdictional construction and infrastructure disputes across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the wider Middle East, as well as in other international markets.

We act for both international and domestic clients, including developers, employers, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers on a wide range of claims, including those relating to extensions of time, delay and disruption, variations, loss and expense, liquidated damages, bond calls, and operation and maintenance issues.

We have experience of disputes in the power and water, oil and gas, transport, infrastructure, and healthcare sectors, and of standard form industry contracts, as well as the bespoke forms used by clients across the Middle East.

Our team is familiar with all forms of dispute resolution, including arbitration proceedings, DIFC Courts litigation, English High Court litigation, expert determination and mediation.
