KBH is a Dubai, Bahrain and Kuwait based boutique and regional law firm specialising in international dispute resolution and international commercial transactions. The founder of the firm, Kaashif Basit was a pioneer, an accomplished barrister and a leading light in the DIFC. He set up the firm in 2006 to coincide with the opening of the DIFC Courts. The firm in 2010 extended its footprints to Bahrain and Kuwait.

KBH has played an integral role in developing the law in the DIFC and set important precedents that have captured the attention of commercial practitioners in the GCC and further afield. With supporting offices in Kuwait and Bahrain, KBH is the strategic choice over large global firms who may have a skeleton office in the DIFC but lack the specialist knowledge of DIFC law, and local firms who may not be able to offer international expertise.
