KBH is a Dubai, Bahrain and Kuwait based boutique, conflict free law firm specialising in international dispute resolution and international commercial transactions. The founder of the firm, Kaashif Basit was a pioneer, an accomplished barrister and a leading light in the DIFC. He set up the firm in 2006 to coincide with the opening of the DIFC Courts. The firm in 2010 extended its footprint to Bahrain and Kuwait.

KBH has played an integral role in developing the law in the DIFC by setting important precedents capturing the attention of commercial practitioners both in the GCC and internationally. With supporting offices in Kuwait and Bahrain, KBH is the strategic choice for many international law firms who may have a skeleton office in the DIFC but lack the specialist knowledge of DIFC law, and who may not have a presence in the GCC, and local firms who may not be able to offer international expertise.
