Helen Dent
Helen is a highly accomplished legal professional who graduated with a first-class degree in Law from Cardiff University and went on to achieve a distinction in her Masters in Legal Practice (LPC LLM) at the University of Law, Exeter.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Helen worked in the governance team at a UK University managing student disputes. Helen has a special interest in disputes within the education sector.
Helen trained as a solicitor in England and Wales and qualified in September 2019. She was promoted to Associate at a law firm in Bristol before relocating to Dubai to join KBH in March 2023.
With a wealth of experience, Helen has worked on a wide range of cases, including commercial contract disputes, shareholders’ disputes, professional negligence claims and reputation management. Helen’s legal and strategic advice has been instrumental to achieving multimillion pound settlements for her clients through mediations and correspondence.
