Andrea Kidman

Andrea is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at KBH.

With 16 years of experience in resolving high-value commercial disputes gained at City law firms, her cases are often complex and have an international aspect. Andrea advises clients on all stages of a dispute, including securing and resisting interim remedies. Andrea has significant court-room experience, having taken a number of high-profile cases to successful trials. Andrea has also been instructed in several arbitrations.

Her practice spans a broad range of commercial and financial disputes, with particular expertise in financial services litigation. She has acted for and against banks, fund managers, and other financial institutions, advising on matters including financial mis-selling, trade finance, fraud and asset tracing and sanctions. Andrea advises clients on regulatory and compliance issues and spent two years supporting a senior independent reviewer in assessing a UK retail bank’s remediation programme.

Andrea is regularly instructed by high-net-worth individuals in financial mis-selling claims and has experience across a wide spectrum of financial products.

She joined KBH’s disputes team in Dubai in December 2024. Prior to this, she was engaged by a leading City firm as a consultant on a project for one of its Banking clients.
